Additional Fees & Options


Premium Service:

  • Peak dates (Saturdays, holidays): +$500-$1,000
  • Rush booking (under 14 days): +$500-$800
  • Second Portal Booth unit: +60% of base price
  • Extended hours: $750/hour
  • Early setup/late breakdown: $200-$300 each

Distance Travel:

  • Within 30 miles: Included
  • 30-100 miles: $150-$400
  • 100-200 miles: $350-$700 (plus accommodations)
  • 200+ miles: $600-$1,200+ (plus accommodations & per diem)

Event Requirements


Space & Setup:

  • Minimum 10×10 ft climate-controlled space
  • Dedicated 15-20 amp electrical circuit
  • Internet connection (25+ Mbps upload speed recommended)
  • Level floor surface

Timing:

  • Booking recommended 4-6 weeks in advance
  • Setup time: 60-90 minutes before event
  • Breakdown time: 30-45 minutes after event

Venue Details:

  • Complimentary parking for equipment vehicle
  • Clear load-in/load-out access

Payment & Booking


Deposit:

  • 50% deposit required to secure your date
  • Deposit due upon contract signing
  • Check, Cash, and all major credit cards accepted (via Square or Venmo).

Final Payment:

  • Remaining balance due 7 days before event
  • Sales tax applies (rates vary by location)

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund minus $250 processing fee
  • 14-30 days: 50% refund
  • Under 14 days: Deposit non-refundable
  • Rescheduling available with 14+ days notice (subject to availability)
