How it works
You see Oz while we shoot
Your Oz scene is right there on set with you, so you can see it and pose with it while we shoot. No green screen and no guessing.
You get one finished photo for each scene you choose. Each one is composited and retouched by hand in Photoshop, then delivered as a full-resolution download.
- Full-resolution JPEGs by download link within 24 to 48 hours, often sooner
- Veteran-owned studio based in Baraboo, WI

Questions
Before you book
Where do I find you?
In The Emerald Darkroom, our room at the Marriott for TeslaCon 2026. The AR stage and the Portal Booth are both inside.
When is the stage open?
During normal convention hours, with a few short breaks and a lunch break. Booking a slot guarantees your time.
Do I need a costume?
For the AR stage, yes: every AR session is for guests in costume. The Portal Booth is costume optional. Come as you are and the AI dresses you to match the scene, or come in costume and it builds on what you’re wearing.
Is the Portal Booth really included with the AR stage?
Yes. Every AR package includes 1 free Portal Booth transformation. Walk over to the booth in the same room any time that weekend and show your booking. The Single Combo includes 3.
Can I do just the Portal Booth?
Yes. The Portal Booth is its own walk-up service. No booking, no costume needed, $10 for one person up to $35 for a group of 5.
Do I need a TeslaCon badge?
Yes. The stage is inside the convention area, so you’ll need a TeslaCon 2026 badge to reach it.
What if I’m late or need to reschedule?
Text us at (608) 434-5241. We’ll move you to the next open slot. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your slot get a full refund.
When do I get my photos?
Retouched full-resolution files arrive by download link within 24 to 48 hours, often sooner. Need them sooner? Add same-day delivery for $20. Portal Booth photos are delivered the same day.
Can I use the photos on social media or for my costume portfolio?
Yes. Please tag @aspectmultimedia and #TeslaCon2026.
Do Early Bird and Presale prices apply to Open Studio?
Yes. Every package and the Single Combo cost less when you book ahead. Every booking, including Open Studio, is paid in full when you book. Add-ons are the same price all season.
