Additional Fees & Options
Premium Service:
- Peak dates (Saturdays, holidays): +$500-$1,000
- Rush booking (under 14 days): +$500-$800
- Second Portal Booth unit: +60% of base price
- Extended hours: $750/hour
- Early setup/late breakdown: $200-$300 each
Distance Travel:
- Within 30 miles: Included
- 30-100 miles: $150-$400
- 100-200 miles: $350-$700 (plus accommodations)
- 200+ miles: $600-$1,200+ (plus accommodations & per diem)
Event Requirements
Space & Setup:
- Minimum 10×10 ft climate-controlled space
- Dedicated 15-20 amp electrical circuit
- Internet connection (25+ Mbps upload speed recommended)
- Level floor surface
Timing:
- Booking recommended 4-6 weeks in advance
- Setup time: 60-90 minutes before event
- Breakdown time: 30-45 minutes after event
Venue Details:
- Complimentary parking for equipment vehicle
- Clear load-in/load-out access
Payment & Booking
Deposit:
- 50% deposit required to secure your date
- Deposit due upon contract signing
- Check, Cash, and all major credit cards accepted (via Square or Venmo).
Final Payment:
- Remaining balance due 7 days before event
- Sales tax applies (rates vary by location)
Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus $250 processing fee
- 14-30 days: 50% refund
- Under 14 days: Deposit non-refundable
- Rescheduling available with 14+ days notice (subject to availability)
